He was born in 1968 in Vyškov, Moravia, under the sign of Aquarius, but at the age of ten, he moved to Brno, to which he has remained loyal to this day. A charismatic father of three, a regular at the U Dána pub, and a rocker with an unmistakable voice always ready to pluck the strings. He went through the Goose on a String's children's studio, then studied at the Brno Conservatory, and immediately after, he secured his first engagement at the Goose on a String Theatre. When he's not performing at Zelný trh, he's playing elsewhere: filming movies and TV shows, recording for broadcasting, or hosting radio programs. And when he's not playing anywhere, he drinks beer and practices guitar. He amazes his surroundings with the ability to down a pint of beer in one breath. He first tied himself to the Goose on a String Theatre in the fall of 1988.
In 2024 he was nominated for the Thalia Award in the category of male actor for the role of Dezo Ursiny in the production We are not home.
